This policy explains what Driver2Hire collects when you use our mobile apps and website, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. It covers the Driver2Hire app for customers and the Driver2Hire Agency app for agencies and drivers.
1. Who we are
Driver2Hire is a platform for hiring professional drivers to drive your own vehicle. It is operated by Product Style LLP, which is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. For questions about this policy or your data, contact us at office@product.style.

3. How we use your location
We do not track you in the background. The app requests location only while it is open, and only when you tap My location on the booking screen, to fill in your pickup address. It does not follow your movements, and it collects no location at all if you type your address instead or decline the permission.
You can refuse or revoke location permission in your device settings at any time. The app remains fully usable — you simply type the pickup address yourself.
4. When you search for an address
Address search is powered by Nominatim, a service of the OpenStreetMap Foundation. The text you type into the address box is sent to OpenStreetMap so it can return matching suggestions. It is not sent with your name or account details. See the OpenStreetMap privacy policy.
5. Who else processes your data
- OpenStreetMap Foundation — address search and map tiles.
- Expo — delivers push notifications to your device.
- Our email provider — delivers account emails such as password reset codes.
- Our hosting providers — run our servers and database. Your data may be stored or processed outside India.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do share your name, phone number and pickup address with the driver assigned to your booking, because the service cannot work otherwise.
6. Legal bases and lawful use
We process your data to perform the service you asked for (your booking), to meet legal and safety obligations, and — where required — with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account is active. Completed booking records are retained for tax, safety and dispute-resolution purposes. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal details and retain only what the law requires us to keep.
8. Your rights
- Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete your account and personal data.
- Withdraw consent, including by turning off location or notification permissions.
To exercise any of these, email office@product.style from the address on your account. We respond within 30 days.
9. Deleting your account
To delete your Driver2Hire account and associated personal data, email office@product.style with the subject Delete my account from your registered email address. We will confirm once it is done.
10. Security
Traffic between the apps and our servers is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. Passwords and password-reset codes are stored hashed. Access to production data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
Driver2Hire is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and we will tell you in the app if the change is significant.
